A Shift Lead is responsible for assisting the Store Manager in daily operations, training new team members, & being a driving force behind the team. They provide support when the Store Manager isn't available.

Store Managers are 100% devoted to their Team! Driving their stores and overseeing daily operations, ensuring a fantastic customer experience, and empowering everyone on their team to be the very best they can be!
OPERATIONS TEAM>
The Operations Team is laser focused on supporting all the Party Hosts and Store Managers to ensure that every day at Moe's is a great day at Moe's! Managing the infrastructure, building the company, and creating opportunities for our team!
